ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items purchased from Zomorrod, subject to the terms below. All return requests must be approved by Zomorrod prior to shipping the item back.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • In original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged

  • All original packaging, certificates, and tags/labels must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Important: Return shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and insurance fees (if any) are the full responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and artistic value protection, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, or artist-commissioned pieces

  • Items that have been altered or customized at the customer’s request

  • Digital products, Gift Cards or store credit

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Please allow up to 28 business days from the date we receive the returned item for processing.

Zomorrod reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return requirements.

Note: We cannot refund any shipping fees, customs charges, or return costs under any circumstances.


Gifts

Items received as a gift may be returned by the recipient only if eligible.
Refunds can be issued either:

  • to the original purchaser, or

  • as store credit for the gift recipient

Store credit is issued as a one-time-use online code.


Return Shipping Process 

  1. Contact us to request return approval and instructions.

  2. Once approved, securely repack the item with all original packaging and documents.

  3. Ship the parcel to the return address provided by our team.

  4. Keep your tracking number until the return process is completed.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Zomorrod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.


Items Purchased from Physical Stores

We do not process returns via mail for items purchased at third-party retail stores or galleries. Please contact the store from which the item was purchased
