Shipping Costs & Timeframe
Postage varies depending on destination, courier, and order weight. As a general guideline, medium packages weighing up to 1 kg cost about €30–€50. Above that weight, add approximately €30 per kilogram.
These are cost estimates only, and the exact cost will be indicated during checkout before payment.
All artworks are safely packed for international shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Please be aware that customs and courier-related delays are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Restrictions
Import rules vary by country. We strongly recommend checking the list of your country’s restricted items and customs regulations in advance of placing your order.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, including customs fees, taxes, or import restrictions, no refund will be issued, and all return or re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Zomorrod will not be responsible for any customs delays, holds, confiscations, or any duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges applied.
Clearance & Identification
Customers should provide all necessary information or documentation for customs clearance. Delays and additional fees may be incurred due to incomplete information. A tax ID, personal ID, passport number, or customs declaration may be required by certain countries.
Insurance & Liability
Insurance is optional, and there is an additional fee. If insurance is not selected, Zomorrod cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit. Once a tracking number is issued, responsibility is transferred to the courier. Zomorrod does not bear any liability associated with courier-related delays, loss, or damages. If the package is declared lost and insurance was purchased, any compensation will be in accordance with the courier’s policy on insurance.
